It’s really, finally, truly, seriously-not-kidding, actually happening: reversible USB connectors are on the way. The USB Type C connector, a small connector that looks a bit like Apple’s Lightning cable, was ratified back in mid-2014. But we haven’t seen any electronics adopt Type C yet; it typically takes months, if not years, for specifications ratified by the USB Implementers Forum to make it into real products. They’re finally coming in 2015.
Razer has been having difficulty convincing original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to support its modular PC concept. However, Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan has stated that the company is still working on Project Christine.

I like building PC's etc, but that is just damn cool. I hope it becomes a retail product. If so I would seriously consider it the next time I want to get a new rig.

but this just makes it so much simpler, less upkeep with dust and such.
remove parts and swap them around while still having the watercooling system unchanged.
think im going to invest in one of these sooner or later.
